Returns information
Everything you buy from us is backed by our 30 day Guarantee against defects by the manufacturers warranty. If you encounter a defect with a software purchase we will gladly exchange product upon the receipt of the defective item (less shipping and handling costs), and your exchange order will be shipped at no additional cost to you. If you encounter a defect with the hardware purchase it will be exchanged or repaired, at our option, unless it is covered by the manufacturers warranty. Please contact us for assistance, if applicable, to receive an RMA number, you must return all disks, registration cards, boxes, packing materials, and other accessories supplied by the manufacturer to us within 30 days of original invoice date. These materials must be in new condition or we cannot accept them for return. We reserve the right to refuse or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns or when the manufacturers/distributors warranty or return policies supercede ours.

Shipping
Shipping charges are added to the order automatically at check out. In submitting a completed order form, you are agreeing to pay these charges. Products will be shipped with UPS next day air, second day air, or standard ground.
